This is a list of some songs that I enjoyed listening when I was younger than now, hahaha (I mean in the years 1980-1995, when I was between 6 - 21 years old). There are another ones (of 1996-2005) which I like very much.
I invite you to ask your partners and teachers about what they used to listen to and to do when they were young. This is a good way for you to know a little about your elders. May be you are going to be surprise because you could see that your partners and teachers were not different or did not think different than you are and think now.
I want to let you know that I really like the music of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Eagles and Bonny M. because I grow up listening to the great hits of those groups.
¿The Beatles? They broke up 4 years before I was born, but I (also you, I'm sure) heard their hits at least once a year on TV or the radio. Have you ever heard Love Me Do (1963), A Hard Day's Night (1964), Yesterday (1965), Yellow Submarine (1966), With A Little Help From My Friends (1967), Ob-La-Di Ob-La-Da (1968), or Let It Be (1970)? From that decade I also like The Rolling Stones and songs as Satisfaction (1965), Paint It, Black (1966).
I also like Hotel California by The Eagles (1976) and Daddy Cool and Sunny, from Bonny M.'s album Take The Heat Off Me (1976).
In 1976 I was just 2, but The Eagles and Bonny M. songs were heard for several years. Even you have listened to those great hits. If I continue talking about the great hits of Bonny M., for example, I have to say that, from the album Love For Sale (1977), I love Gloria. From the album Nightflight To Venus (1978): Rasputin, Rivers of Babylon and Brown Girl In The Ring. From the album Boonoonoonoonoos (1981): Felicidad. And finally, from the album Kalimba De Luna (1984): Hooray! Hooray!
